Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 144 Cortland Ave Bernal Heights. Blue Revel scooter with license plate CA CO49984 Revel scooters been here 4 days. these sometimes stay here for weeks. the city could make alot of money ticketing these improperly parked vehicles. seems like corporate welfare if they are not ticketed like the rest of us.
