Maroon mitsubishi with license plate CA 8WIJO79 Ticket from today was closed with u able to locate but the vehicle has not moved. vehicle is still blocking pedestrian right a way. we have senior citizens that walk with mobility devices , wheelchairs, parents with strollers and just people walking on the sidewalk. please enforce the city ordinance.
