Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 358 Madrid St Excelsior. Cream vehicle with license plate CA 8VIZ298 Car blocking street for 3 days. opened 2 tickets which were closed as u able to locate. car is still on the street in the same position, illegally parked and blocking access. can someone please take action and not just close the ticket without acting on them?

Cream Toyota with license plate CA 8VIZ298 Car blocking street. ticket #15267707 was opened which has been closed as ‘unable to locate’ - which is strange because the car hasn’t moved in 3 days. at least show up before closing the ticket!

Cream Toyota Corolla with license plate CA 8VIZ298 Car blocking street access. resident blocks street regularly with one vehicle or the other and seems to get away with ‘advise from the officers on violation’. ticket #15263177 was opened for this since the car has been parked on the street all day, which has now been closed as ‘issue was addressed’. the car is still on the street and the issue has not been addressed.
