Black Audi with license plate CA 8UML835 Car/suv is back and in the same spot next to teahouse (in front of garages on clipper ). the previous week it has parked 5 days m-f with any ticket. no residential tags. we have construction vehicles taking spots and taking up residential parking spaces along clipper st. please patrol on (10/15) clipper between church and dolores. an church st between clippers and 25th. thank you
