Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 1760 Bush St. Grey Honda Odyssey SUV with license plate CA 8UKM196 Sfmta towed this car 2 wks ago for expired registration & it's taking up valuable parking again on our block. it has broken out windows & the bumper is tied up by rope! how was it allowed back on the streets with expired registration!!!!!
