Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 400 Utah St. White vehicle with license plate CA 8U27504 Suspicious white van has been parking here for two days and has not moved. this street is a 1 hr parking zone and has heavy foot traffic along with schools that frequently pass by. please advise them to move and or cite. they are also infringing on the driveway access making it hard to pull out of the garage safely.
