Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 1379 19th Ave. Gray Honda CRV with license plate CA 8TSV123 Honda feb 8tsv123, car #2 to be added to sidewalk parking; not sure why i paid $15k to create a caprport if i could just park on the sidewalk. if this is not going to be enforced i'll be starting to park my 2nd car on the sidewalk outside my house as well
