Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 92 Charter Oak Ave. Black Toyota with license plate CA 7MQZO92 Illegally parked they're supposed to park parallel parked at a 90 blocking the fire hydrant which would be the hydrant. the fire department would have to use if they're of my building is on fire please send somebody down here, teeth, removed, or ticket the cars.
