Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 1462 Quesada Ave Bayview. Black Ford with license plate CA 7BSW999 Blocking driveway and street . we are unable to park our own drive way freely to go in and out . the same car is here everyday and already asked the car owner to moved but instead bitched back at us say we don’t own the street or drive way. please help. i reported this last time also and no one showed up.
