Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 921 Folsom St. Grey Mercedes E350 with license plate CA 6MUA785 Hello, this is management at 923 folsom apartments. we have had a mercedes parked out front for over a week now in our loading zone. we think they are drinking and using drugs out there and shouldn't be able to park there in general. but doesn't seem safe at all. assistance appreciated
