Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 358 Madrid St Excelsior. Black BMW with license plate CA 4TRM344 Resident has parked car on the sidewalk and blocking pedestrian access. they do this every day and every night. i do not understand why they are not given tickets for doing so especially since they make a nuisance for all the other residents with their multiple cars and noisy 2 wheelers.
