Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 1801 Hayes St Panhandle. vehicle with license plate CA BIG BLU Big blue pg and e truck is in red zone close to pedestrian crossing in the street. if cars aren’t allowed to park there, no one should. what if someone got hit while crossing the street. either remove the red zone that is ridiculously long that removes a parking space or give the pg and e truck a ticket.
