Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 3250 Scott St Marina District. vehicle with license plate CA ATTICA Dear sir / madam : parking meter #652 32280 in front of 3250 scott street was not turned on daily. people are parking for free or occupied the parking spacer for a very long long time. because of the parklets with the neighbor restaurants, side walk was very greasy and full of food residues. it needs sidewalk cleaning.
