Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 77 Carmelita St Duboce Triangle. White Hyundai Sonata with license plate CA 9AYY773 Please issue citation for car parked in the red zone of my driveway. it's fully blocking the entire red zone. the red zones were just re-painted to reinforce "no parking" as it makes exiting the driveway very difficult and nearly impossible due to how narrow the street is. thank you!
