Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 1979 15th St Mission Dolores. red subaru impreza with license plate CA 994LPL Red subaru parks overnight in a red zone and blocks mine and my neighbors driveways. has done this on multiple occasions. would like to give them a ticket, no tow if possible. thank you
