Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 2655 Franklin St Union Street. Black Mercedes SUV GLS 550 with license plate CA 8JGK578 There are 3 cars blocking my driveway and others on the filbert side of this building (all morning and now). this has been an ongoing occurrence for the past week. they are "building workers" who will not find a parking spot for their cars but rather, double park for hours on end. i need to pick my child up from school and cannot access my car.
