Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 1332 York St Mission District. Black Nissan with license plate CA 8CFP800 Blocked side walk again. i usually walk my dog around this time and there is always a car parked here blocking the whole sidewalk. dpt always comes super late and by the time they get here, the car is gone. i know you guys are busy but please patrol this area. it’s an easy parking violation
