Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 4127 Kirkham St Outer Sunset. White BMW / 325i with license plate CA 7WWT There is a white bwm who is parked illegally and blocking my car (nissan murano) in. please have them ticketed as this has been an on going issue. i can’t really get a good glimpse at this license plate but it starts with a 7. he has his hazards one but will stay for the whole day.
