Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 1137 Bush St. Dark blue Chrysler mini van blue with license plate CA 7WTT967 Minivan has been parked in front on my property for over 3 weeks. people are clearly living in it. they empty their trash onto the sidewalk. they seem to be derelict. please have this vehicle ticketed and removed.
