Motorcycles with license plate CA SF MOTO Once again sf moto has motorcycles and scooters on sidewalk (8 just now) and double parked in street (over a dozen). this is a narrow alley st and it makes it very hard to get by. they also earlier had a customer park car there while discussing a bike repair. this fully blocked st. this is ongoing, every day they are open. they slightly reduced sidewalk parking after you came by a few weeks ago, but no longer.
