Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 2516 Octavia St Pacific Heights. Red Mercedes Benz with license plate CA MTW7671 Car is blocking my driveway by about 2 feet. my garage is very narrow and it's extremely difficult to get in or out. the driveway is the size of double garage but the actual garage door itself is the size of a very narrow single garage.
