Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 691 Kansas St. vehicle with license plate CA MHK322 Can the city please paint the curb between the parking sign and my driveway red! the sign clearly says to parallel park but people get confused and park perpendicular (see photo) which blocks visibility and creates a safety issue. this should be taken care of by the city please!
