Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 4110 25th St Noe Valley. Grey/Brown with purple and black stripe Safari Sahara Edition RV with license plate CA E6818 An oversized rv has been parked in the same spot on the odd side of 25th street at noe for the last two nights. it is parked directly outside james lick middle school. it’s my understanding that overnight rv parking is not allowed on sf streets. they need to be moved.
