Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 1299 Haight St. Red Red van with license plate CA 80E204 These three cars (including the red van) park in these same spots every week for far over the 72 hour limit. they move their cars briefly for street cleaning and then put them back. it's absolutely ridiculous and they're taking up very valuable parking illegally.
