Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 569 London St Excelsior. Black Toyota with license plate CA 7GCU015 I spoke with the owner of this car about not parking his car in the sidewalk. it is full of oil because on the weekends he works on different cars. he won’t listen. i washed the sidewalk but it won’t the oil away. after i washed the sidewalk he parked his car again. i am 67 year old and i am afraid that he will do something to my house. please someone do something.
