Vehicle: dark gray Mercedes sedan
Attention everyone: this vehicle is being driven by a minor—someone around 16 years old—who is speeding in 25 mph zones, driving at 45 to 55 mph. He is endangering the streets and could easily run someone over at such excessive speeds. The last time he drove recklessly was near Las Palmas; that area is dangerous, and it wouldn't be surprising if he ended up killing someone. https://nextdoor.com/p/XmbgGsLR5Qwm?view=detail
