Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 1050 Larkin St Lower Nob Hill. Black Amigo Polo with license plate CA 25U9858 Some of the guests of 1048 larkin st (sutter larkin hotel) are parking their mopeds illegally on the sidewalk making it difficult for vehicles parked to enter or exit on passenger side, makes it difficult for me to load / unload when needed. there are three mopeds currently parked and locked , please see attached photo..in addition they ride mopeds on sidewalk in order to park.
