Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 1572 California St Polk Gulch. BLACK/SILVER Scooter with license plate CA 24Z3894 Motor scooter parking in front of our business. they actually blocked the front door and left us trapped inside. someone from outside had to remove the bike for us to get out. not only is this not their property, but that is a fire hazard as well.
