Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 1675 Folsom St. White Ford with license plate CA 24140F3 I think they're replacing the windows at target, but to do so they blocked off the entire sidewalk and bike lane so that the only way to get around them is to go into the street with cars. if there were protected bike lanes with cement bollards, they couldn't have parked there and blocked everything.
