Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at Intersection Of Bernal Heights Blvd & Folsom St. Black Ford F-259 with license plate CA 18993C3 Truck has been parked for several days in the same spot at bernal heights park. this blocks one of only 4 public parking spots at the park. the truck also sticks out far into the traffics lane - this is rather dangerous at night as there are no street lamps to warn drivers.
