Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 1985 San Jose Avenue Mission Terrace. white vehicle with license plate CA 1386863 City of san francisco vehicle illegally parked partly on sidewalk and in “no stopping any time” zone. sidewalk is completely blocked. pedestrians cannot pass without walking into the street. i thought city employees were not supposed to use city vehicles for personal business.
