Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 624 Moultrie St. Black Black suv with license plate CA AAA0000 This car was abandoned at 6am and thieves attempted to steal the catalytic converter. it is blocking access to our driveway at 624 moultrie. a police report was filed as well. this car needs to be towed and removed for access to our driveway
